The kitchen fully equipt with its stunning island bench incorporating breakfast bar, all modern conveniences, and state-of-the-art appliances such as dishwasher, 2 x ovens with microwave activation, gas cook top, MAP coffee pod machine, sandwich press and blender to make your stay easy and carefree.
The open plan kitchen, dining, and lounge is the ideal space to gather with loved ones, including dining table for 10 guests, 3 large comfy couches, gas log fire, large Smart TV all surrounded by beautiful furnishings.
This flows onto the outdoor undercover area where outdoor dining for 8, Weber BBQ and outdoor lounge overlooking the tranquil backyard lined with Ti-trees. Extending out to a fire pit area, the perfect place for those cold nights sitting around having a drink and a chat, toasting marshmallows, and listening to the pounding of the surf.
An additional fabulous living zone is situated at the front of the house, comprising of 2 large comfy sofas, throw rugs and Smart TV with Netflix. It is the ideal place to curl up and read the newspaper or catch up on the latest movies. A selection of games, toys and books are also available for guest use. In addition, an outdoor kids' play gym is also provided to occupy the kids.
A ducted vacuum with 2 retractable hoses is located in the pantry & rear passage opposite the laundry door.

3 ensuites, a powder room and main bathroom with separate bath, shower and vanity.
