Welcome to COAST HOUSE.
The COAST HOUSE provides an escape from the rigours of the city in a peaceful, rural, coastal location all within 90 minutes drive south of Sydney.
Fantastic in winter, cosy open fireplace, enjoy the warmth and the magnificent ocean views.
Gerroa is a quiet, coastal village surrounded by exquisite beaches and rural vistas. Gerroa beach is the perfect place to relax, walk, swim or surf. If you are not feeling so energetic, laze at the local award winning cafe and take in the view. Gerroa is a perfect, casual holiday destination.
The COAST HOUSE'S luxury interiors coupled with stunning views of the Ocean and National Park will completely intoxicate.

The COAST HOUSE's interiors have been designed to provide a relaxed coastal feel, contemporary, yet comfortable. With mainly louvered windows and large sliding doors, most of the house can be open to the outside, creating a wonderful "part of your surrounds" feel. The Coast House provides 4 bedrooms, accommodating up to 10 people, designed to cater for up to 6 adults and 4 children. Three living areas with magnificent verandahs take in all the views.
Living Room
Situated on the first floor with magnificent washed deep sofas, coral and antique marine objects complete the feel. Cosy open fireplace warms the room in winter. The room opens to generous verandahs with abundant seating, all of which take in the views.
Dining Room
Again on the first floor, this spacious room provides for the custom made 3 metre washed table and bench, coral and shells set the scene, dine by candlelight and relax for hours, taking in the ocean and rural views.
Meals Area
Also on the first floor, more living space for casual meals, located next to the state of the art kitchen. Magical contemporary artworks provide the back drop for this area.
Second Living Room
Located on the ground level, the second living space is either a heaven for the kids, or another place to relax for the adults.
Main Bedroom
On the first floor, double doors invite you to explore. The main bedroom houses a washed, contemporary, four poster, 5 star hotel bedding and a luxurious ensuite complete with deep tub.
Queen Bedrooms
Both located on the ground level, again with 5 star hotel bedding, these rooms have been designed with coastal styled furnishings. With beautiful breezes, one of the beds having ocean views, they provide for a peaceful night's sleep.
Bunk Room
The Bunk room on the ground level provides 2 sets of bunks, with ample shelving and storage.

Bathrooms
Main Bathroom on the ground level provides for deep tub and separate shower and hairdryer.
Ensuite Bathroom on first floor also provides for deep tub and separate shower, toilet and hairdryer.
An additional guest toilet is located on the first floor.

The Garden houses some unusual native and tropical plants.
Kitchen
State of the art, stainless steel appliances, double European gas oven, dishwasher, Nespresso machine, plenty of storage and loads of glassware, crockery and cutlery, all hand chosen to blend with the interiors.

Local Villages
Gerringong (approx 5 mins north)
Cafe's, Supermarket, Homewares, Ladies Fashion, Surf Store (including vegetarian cafe), Chemist, Newsagent, Take Away Foods, Bottle Shop, Video, Fuel, Bait & Tackle, Golf Course, Pub, Galleries, markets every month and more.
Kiama (approx 12 mins north)
The historic coastal town of Kiama has plenty to offer. The famous blowhole, fish markets and historic buildings will take hours to explore.
Berry (approx 12 mins south west-inland)
Another historic town, this time rural. The picturesque drive through the lush countryside provides a lovely entry into this town. Unlimited craft, antiques, homewares, cafe's and restaurants as well as the famous Berry bakery and the Pub (with the surf boats on its roof), Berry has something for everyone.
