Deposit: Confirmation of booking is made once 50% of tariff is received.
Balance of Payment: made payable one week prior to check-in date.
Full Payment: required for bookings less than 14 days in advance of use.
Bond Payable: on authorised credit card imprint held for 14 days after check out. The imprint will be destroyed upon confirmation that all is well at the rented property.
Our cancellation policy: Full refund if the house is re-let. More than 30 days notice half of deposit refunded. Less than 30 days, no refund. Admin fees apply.
Credit Card: facility is available in the office. A fee of 2% of payment will be charged.
