**GREAT LOCATION** 5-minute walk to the SHOPS in one direction and 5-minute walk to Frankston BEACH in another direction. The Frankston hospital is a 30-minute walk or 8-minute drive. The airport SKYBUS stop is a 10-minute walk.
Sleeps up to 6 people. Queen bed, 2 x single or 1 x king, and queen sofa bed in lounge room, but most comfortable for 4 people.

**BEDROOMS**
MAIN: room is 4.4 x 2.9m. With made up queen bed, and plenty of space to hang your clothes. Small desk and desk chair if you need to do some work while away. Ceiling fan. Lovely view of trees out window.
SECOND: room is 4.4 x 2m. The trundle bed can either be 2 x single beds or 1 x king bed, which will be made up depending on what you need. Also with space to hang your clothes. Plug in USB fan.
**KITCHEN** well equipped with stove, microwave, fridge/freezer and all usual cooking items. As well as all sorts of things in the cupboard you are free to use - herbs, spices, salt, pepper, oil, vinegar, so you don't have to bring or buy all those small things. Tea towels, sponge, cleaning products and garbage bags provided.
**LOUNGE ROOM** has a good sized TV, with Apple box for all your favourite apps (use your own logins) a mini Bose speaker. There are 2 x 2-seater black leather couches - one is a queen-sized sofa bed, while the other is an electric recliner. Ceiling fan. Gateleg folding dining table with 4 chairs and an extra 2 folding chairs if accommodating 6 people.
**BALCONY** new 2-burner BBQ for summer fun. Glimpses of Kannanook creek at the back, with a great walking track directly accessed at the back gate. As well as some pots of fresh herbs that you are welcome to water and use as much as you like. Lovely view of trees.
**BATHROOM** includes a bath and washing machine and separate dryer, with shampoo, conditioner and hair dryer.
**OTHER** there are beach towels, beach chairs, beach umbrella, and Eski to make your life easy.
**PARKING** free on-site parking, no caravans allowed.
**POOL** there is an outdoor pool in the set of units that you are free to use.
**AREA** shops, beach, plenty of restaurants, airport SKYBUS, hospital.
