Only the onsite sauna and gym are available at the moment. - Please note that the Rectification works to the pool deck area will begin on 14th August 2025 and are expected to take approximately 5 weeks to complete, with estimated completion date being 19th September 2025 (weather permitting). Work will be conducted from 8am to 5pm, Monday to Friday. Please expect increased noise levels in the vicinity of the pool area during this period, necessary grinding works will take place during the first 2 weeks of this period. - Please note that driveway access to the underground park and ground floor open air car park, will be reduced on Monday, 18th August from 9am to 1pm, while necessary equipment is moved via crane. All reasonable precautions will be taken to reduce the impact to building residents, we seek your patience during this time. Thank you. Extra Services: - Early check-in: Our standard check-in is at 3 pm. To guarantee early access to the property we suggest booking the night before if available. Otherwise, early check-in is subject to availability from the night before at an additional cost. - Late check-out: Our standard check-out is at 10 am. Thus, there is a drop off and pick up area in front of the building. The apartment is located on level 1. - The keys will be left in a lockbox onsite. The bus operates routes north to Yass and south to Canberra Hospital. The light rail operates routes north to Gungahlin and south to Alinga Street Station.
