Access description - You’ll have access to the entire property when you stay here so that it will feel like your own home. - There are no stairs inside or outside the property. - The keys will be left at the hotel reception opposite the lifts accessible between 7 am and 7 pm. If you arrive outside this window, the keys are left in a lockbox wall outside 91 Northburne Ave and and available 24/7. We will send you the access code 3 days prior to your arrival through the booking portal.
