Owners, Sofia & Hayden have created Casa based on years of their own holiday experiences. Their philosophy is simple “If it's not good enough for us, it's not good enough for our guests".

To capitalise on the location and views, Casa Robinson is meticulously fitted out and maintained to a very high standard with thoughtful attention to detail throughout. The house is modern with open flowing living spaces, decorated with quality furnishings in a relaxed coastal style.

Key features include spectacular views, with unparalleled outlook over Kiama and beyond, (incl birdseye view of New Years Eve Fireworks), beautiful decor, modern furniture, spacious layout, EV charging, AC/heating, dimmable LED lighting, high speed WiFi 100mps, Panasonic sound system (Bluetooth enabled), CD & DVD collection, 55” smart TV with Foxtel and Blue Ray/DVD upstairs & downstairs.

From powerful hairdryers to high quality bed linen, to fine details like champagne stopper and essential oil diffuser; everything has been thoughtfully prepared so guests can relax and enjoy the incredible views.

Stay in and chill out on the leather lounges, or walk into town to explore Kiama’s cafes, restaurants, sightseeing and shopping and its regular markets and festivals. If you're feeling fit, get walking on the spectacular 22km Kiama Coast Walk.

Whatever your choice, Casa Robinson Kiama is a peaceful, luxurious haven, not only during summer, but also in the cooler months, in a coastal village town with no traffic lights and no parking meters, less than two hours drive from Sydney.

For your pet: our established rear garden is fully fenced and grassed, and we are happy to discuss bringing your well-behaved fur baby to stay with you.
We can provide pet bed, blanket & bowls as needed, as well as a supply of seconds towels. But please speak with us first to ensure we are a good fit for your pet.

LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION!
Located in a premier central Kiama residential location, perched just above Pheasant Point overlooking Black Beach, a short steep walk from the main shops and restaurants, Casa Robinson offers spectacular ocean views of Kiama that simply have to be seen to be believed.

The open plan main living area offers views to Kiama Harbour and its iconic Lighthouse, as well as to Bombo, Bass Point, Black Beach and Kendalls Beach. This is a magical spot for whale watching during the migration season.

From the front of the property, enjoy sweeping ocean views including dog-friendly Bombo Beach to the north and Saddleback Mountain and rolling hills, to the south west.

Take a short walk downhill to the local cafes, shops and parks. Coming back is a short steep uphill walk but there is a slightly longer, flatter route available via Terralong street, past Woolworths and along Colley drive.

PROPERTY LAYOUT
Casa Robinson for 6 is a three-bedroom fully renovated split-level home. The street/ground level is the “upstairs” of the house with open flowing living spaces, stepping out to two balcony/patio areas.
The “downstairs” level offers a separate living zone/retreat, perfect for adults or teenagers to have their own space, accessed via internal stairs, (the only stairs in the house).

UPSTAIRS (street/ground level):
Upon entering Casa Robinson is a 10metre art gallery-style hallway featuring beautiful coastal artwork. At the end of the hallway is the open plan kitchen/living/dining area with views directly to the lighthouse.
Welcome to Kiama!
This area opens out to two adjoining upstairs balcony/patios - all with stunning ocean views. One balcony is a fully glass-enclosed sunroom with additional dining and relaxation space; the other is an undercover BBQ patio. Both have spectacular views directly to Black Beach, Kiama Lighthouse and Kiama Harbour.

Master Bedroom One, the Hamptons Room is the master bedroom, decorated in Hamptons/coastal style, with cool white plantation shutters and breezy white ceiling fan and king size bed (or 2x long singles, by request). It has direct access to the bathroom and WC

Bedroom Two, the Ocean View Room, with queen size bed has a coastal vibe, with white ceiling fan and plantation shutters with ocean view.

DOWNSTAIRS:
Includes the second lounge area with TV & DVD, opening to a back balcony, deck and garden to hang out in, while others may prefer to socialise upstairs. Bedroom Three, the Garden View Room with queen size bed, is styled in Hamptons blue with a lovely garden view. This also has its own bathroom.

The rear garden is fully fenced and secure, perfect for well-behaved doggies to explore and relax, with a lawn area, camelias, gardenias, hellebores, and citrus trees to sniff about. The laundry is also located on the downstairs level.

HEATING & COOLING:
- Reverse cycle ducted air conditioning & heating servicing upstairs kitchen, lounge and dining areas. The cooling is very rarely used thanks to the summer northeast breeze that flows through the home.
- Upstairs bedrooms have ceiling fans for summer and all bedrooms have extra blankets and portable heaters for winter.
- All windows throughout have flyscreens.

BEDDING, TOWELS, TOILETRIES INCLUDED:
- High quality linens, pillows and quilts are supplied and quality toiletries that are kind to skin & hair
- Quality bathroom towels plus beach towels as well as seconds towels for any messy uses, so our bathroom towels can be kept pristine
