Brickyard Point House is a comfortable 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom family home directly opposite the dog friendly beach, Sharkey's .The house enjoys magnificent ocean views from the dining and lounge rooms, with a huge backyard for your dog or a game of cricket or boules. On the back deck there is a gas Weber BBQ and lounges . There is stairs at the front door that leads up to the main area of the house, also there is gate at the top of the stairs to restrict child access. The floors are polished with only carpet in the lounge room.
Sharkey's beach provides 4 specific surf breaks and plenty of rock shelves for snorkelling. In the area only a short drive are 3 bushwalks which provide beautiful views of the Northern Illawarra coast. If the surf is too big or rough Coledale and Austimer beaches provide glorious ocean pools to swim in.
Cafes, restaurants and the RSL club are a 5 minute stroll along the beach path and the shopping village is a 7 minute drive or 20 minute stroll south. The house is easily accessed by car or rail.
We do ask that if possible that our chooks are fed and watered once a day( all feed is provided). They will reward you with fresh free range eggs every morning. If this is not for you then we do have someone who would do it for us.
Dogs are welcome but please no cats.
