A two-seater dining table is nestled behind the couch for the cooler weather, but for those many glorious balmy Australian days and nights, a spacious outdoor dining area is located on the covered balcony, the perfect spot for enjoying a delicious meal in the summer air.
The bedroom can be accessed from the main living area, but also has its own access onto the balcony. With two walls of windows, the bedroom is bathed in northerly sunlight all year round.
Also off the main living area is the bathroom, finished in an elegant modern industrial style. Tessellated marble flooring and burnished brass plumbing fixtures elevate the space, lit with warm lighting and finished with plant life and a rain shower head for ultimate indulgence.
