One patio incorporates an outdoor kitchen (including built in BBQ and pizza oven), sink, outdoor TV, fridge, dishwasher and seating area. The other patio area overlooks the sparkling blue pool and is accessed from the indoor living area via bifold doors. This area includes comfortable seating . The outdoor areas also includes an outdoor shower (with hot & cold water) , cloths drier rack, and artificial turfed area. The whole outdoor area is very private and secure.
The house consists of a large living area with a fully equipped kitchen, dinning area, and lounge area incorporating seating and TV. Another lounge is provided with a study area, seating, TV, DVD and a Wii console.
The large master bedroom with king bed has an open plan en-suite with large shower, two basins and separate toilet. The second bedroom incorporates a queen bed, the third bedroom has two double bunk beds and the fourth incorporates two single beds.
The second bathroom has a bath, separate walk in shower, and basin. The second toilet is accessed via the laundry area.
The laundry is equipped with a washer, a drier and hanging racks.
The house is located only 3km for the famous Sorrento Quay Hillary's Boat Harbour known as "Perth's Premier Recreation Destination" and is a great place which has The Aquarium of Western Australia (AQWA), a bustling shopping precinct offering great restaurants, beautiful groomed public parklands, and ocean swimmers cove. It also offers a hub for visiting Rottnest Island, Coastal Heli-tours, Adventure Fishing and Whale watching Charters.
There are numerous beaches to explore near the property, with Western Australia beaches regularly voted amongst the best in the world. Enjoy the beautiful sunsets, a surf or a snorkel in the clear blue waters.
