Blue Tide is a family home, with 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms accomodating up to a maximum of 12 guests (max 8 adults). It is located within easy walking distance to the shopping centre and the Bellarine Aquatic Sports precinct and its a short drive to everything Ocean Grove has to offer. There is a massive rumpus room and an enclosed backyard with a swimming pool, swing set and cubby house. Blue Tide offers great entertainment for everyone with all the benefits of resort style living.
Bluetide offers a no fuss, all inclusive holiday. We do not charge extra per person, and all linen and towels are provided.
Upon entry to the house there is a large dining area with enough room for everyone to sit down together. There is a tv in this room and also a cupboard full of board games. This area overlooks an outdoor area where the bbq is located. Adjoining the dining area is the kitchen, fully equipped with all cooking and eating utensils, microwave, fridge, gas hot plates, electric oven and dishwasher.
The lounge room has very comfortable leather lounges, a large tv and DVD player with a huge range of dvds to choose from.
Go through the lounge to the master bedroom. The master has a queen bed and it's own wet area with the shower over a large corner spa bath and a vanity.
At the rear of the house there are 2 generous bedrooms; 1 with a queen bed and the other with 2 sets of low line bunks - perfect for children (the top bunk beds are not suitable for adults). There is also a porta cot available. Also on the ground floor is a spacious family bathroom with bath and shower, and separate toilet. The house has a fully equipped laundry including a washing machine and dryer which opens to the huge rumpus room that has a billiard table and lounge area. There is also many toys for the kids to be entertained.
Up the carpeted flight of stairs, onto the landing/retreat area is another lounge suite with TV and DVD player, perfect for relaxing. The top floor consists of 2 large queen bedrooms. The rear bedroom has double doors opening onto the upper deck overlooking the swimming pool and backyard. These 2 bedrooms are serviced by a well appointed bathroom with shower, toilet and basin.
The property has heating and cooling throughout to ensure you can stay warm in winter and cool in summer. There are a multitude of outdoor areas to enjoy with sun lounges, and BBQ.
Accommodating up to 12 people (8 adults Max), Blue Tide is a fully self contained holiday home that offers everything you could want for the perfect holiday with family and friends.

Bedding: All doonas, doona covers, pillows, pillow cases, mattress and pillow protectors and bed sheets are provided.
Bath towels, hand towels, face washers, tea towels, bath mats etc are all provided with each stay.
Please bring your own beach towels.
Fantastic Outdoor Facilities at Blue Tide
As well as the gas heated swimming pool the outdoor area also includes an outdoor setting, kids play equipment & sun lounges. There is also a great cubby house for the kids.
The yard is fully enclosed and the pool is completely fenced for safety.
There is a large games area with TV, stereo, pool table and a large range of board games and kids toys.
We have also catered for families with young children, with a port-a-cot, high chair, toys and books.
Standard Check-in is 4pm on commencement of your stay.
Standard Check-out in 10am on departure date.
There is a security camera at the front of the house. It is intended for use to ensure that our property is safe when there are no guests staying.
Blue Tide is a non-smoking house.
The pool at Bluetide is not 'pre-heated'. Guests can heat the pool upon arrival. Dependant upon the time of year the pool usually takes 3-6 hours to heat up to 29 degrees. The pool measures 3.5 x 4.5 m.
Friday & Saturday nights must be taken together - please speak with us if this is a problem and we will try to help.
Easter -minimum 4 nights (Thurs to Mon)
Summer period - minimum 7 nights.
Please contact us and we can confirm available check in dates. If you would like to book more than 7 nights please also contact us so that we accommodate your requirements.

Ocean Grove is the largest town on The Bellarine, covering about 20 square kilometres to the east of the Barwon River mouth and enjoys a range of river and ocean activities. A bustling shopping centre is located in The Terrace. The long foreshore reserve features beautiful, wide beaches on one side, and across the Barwon Heads Road, the sandy river mouth of the Barwon River offers sheltered days on the beach. With a beautiful, wide surf beach, flourishing nature reserve and upbeat shopping precinct, Ocean Grove is a fantastic place to enjoy the summer sun.
The Bellarine doesn’t stop being a tourist destination in the cooler months. The beaches are a place of peace and relaxation on those brisk winter mornings. Skydiving, dolphin watching, golf, wineries, sightseeing, nature parks, bike riding, the abundance of restaurants, day spas, cafes and boutique shops, indoor swimming adventure pool (Bellarine Aquatic Centre, Ocean Grove) only 200m away.
