Summary: Quick & pleasant checkin. Parking outside room. Room was clean & comfortable. Bed was comfortable. Coffee & tea facilities in the room. Quiet room even though on the main road. Handy to function I was attending. I have stayed here a number of times & will stay again for visits to East Maitland.
