A third living space with TV, reading nook and boardgames is the perfect teen hangout or kids' room—there is also the capability to set up a Koala fold out queen sofa and single bed at an additional cost.
The well-equipped kitchen features timber cabinets and a teal-tiled splashback. Easily cater for family gatherings with all the essentials including a full-sized fridge and freezer, stove oven, toaster, Nespresso machine, dishwasher and Soda Stream machine. The formal dining room seats eight guests comfortably, with an additional four stools available at the kitchen bench.
