Main House : Enormous living/dining room with designer open plan kitchen opens directly onto deck and beach . Prepare your meals at the very expansive island bench in the kitchen while gazing at 180 degree views of Jervis Bay
We also provide pantry needs with a large range of herbs, spices, salt, pepper, tea , coffee, oils , vinegars , flour etc so you don't have to bring your whole kitchen with you
We also provide every kitchen implement you could possibly need to whip up a gourmet masterpiece if you love cooking
The dining table seats 14 comfortably while the lounge area features a large flat screen smart TV with Netflix etc
There is also an enormous entertaining deck and BBQ area at the rear of the house with state of the art Weber gas barbecue, outdoor dining table and chairs and sun lounges for when the breeze gets a little brisk or for a sun trap to sunbake in during winter
The bedding configuration in the main house comprises:
Bed 1 : King bed and ensuite bathroom
Bed 2: double bed (share bathroom)
Bed 3: Queen bed and 2 single bunks and ensuite
Bed 4: Queen bed (share bathroom)
Separately accessed areas to spread out:
2 queen bedrooms with own living/ dining /kitchenette
1 king studio room with own bathroom and deck with water views.
There is also a further bathroom in the laundry
We provide doonas, blankets, doona covers and pillows plus hand towels and tea towels.
You will need to bring your own sheets, pillowcases and towels or we can recommend a linen service
Please note that we have a 4 night minimum for Christmas and Easter and a 3 night minimum for long weekends and public holidays.please note that due to new regulations we no longer allow parties at the property
