This cottage is nestled in a small slice of peaceful Adelaide paradise near the Botanic Gardens and River Torrens. Stroll along the banks of the Torrens or through the Botanical Gardens into the City, Adelaide Oval, Adelaide Zoo, University of Adelaide and Festival Theatre.
The interior is modern and stylish complimenting the heritage features of the cottage.
The home provides polished baltic pine floorboards throughout the main living areas. The bedrooms feature a luxury king size bed and queen size bed.
A fully furnished living area offers a relaxing space to put your feet up and enjoy a glass of wine, read a book listen to music or watch TV.

Guests have exclusive and full use of the whole home and back yard. However in warmer months we shall require occasional access to the rear yard only for garden maintenance and watering the plants. Such visits will be arranged in consultation with our guests to ensure there is no inconvenience to them.
There is free on street parking anytime of the day or you can park 1 car at the rear of the house accessible from the rear lane.
The cottage is conveniently located in a very quiet and leafy street, yet so close the the City and walking distance to major event locations such as the Adelaide Fringe Festival, WOMAdelaide, Adelaide Oval (AFL Football and Cricket) and more. Also very close to Colleges such as St Peters College, Price Alfred College and Wilderness School. Major hospitals such as Women's and Children's Hospital and Total Adelaide Hospital are also just minutes away.
