Just a 7-minute walk to Balnarring Beach and the Tulum Store, you can easily wander down for a swim, a coffee or enjoy a lazy day at the beach without needing the car. When you do head out, the Balnarring village is only a 5-minute drive with lots of lovely restaurants and a Hotel. Merricks General Store and wineries are nearby, and the Peninsula Hot Springs is just a scenic half-hour drive away.
HOUSE FEATURES:
The Beach Shack Hideaway is perfect for families or a group of friends, with 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 2 living areas so everyone has space to relax. The well equipped kitchen and the outdoor gas BBQ allows guests to cook a delicous meal at home, with indoor and outdoor dining options.
The large outdoor undercover deck overlooking the garden and bushland is ideal for alfresco dining, enjoying a morning coffee, afternoon drinks and nibbles or a nap in the hammocks. With only one neighbour and the beautiful bushland surrounds, it feels peaceful and private.
Inside, the open plan kitchen and living/dining are are kept cosy in winter with a freestanding gas log heater that warms the whole house. The comfortable main living area features a new Smart TV plus a wall panel heater, and there are portable oil heaters in other rooms for extra comfort. There are also pedestal fans to keep the house cool in summer.
The grassed back garden is fully fenced and guests can relax by the fire pit on cooler days/evenings. There's also plenty to keep everyone entertained with a cupboard full of board games, and for beach days there are boogie boards, wetsuits and a beach cricket set!
