Only a few steps from the waters edge the property is a 2 story, 3 bedroom duplex.
Located a mere few minutes from Anna Bay town, a further few minutes from Nelson Bay, close to restaurants, shops, and delicious eateries. You will be spoilt for choice on where to dine, relax, and shop.
The property is perfect for a stay- cation, work from home options for a change of environment. Or the perfect summer holiday with family and friends.
The space is equipped with a smart TV blue ray DVD. Open plan living room with kitchen and dining room. From this space you will see stunning ocean views all around.
Use the BBQ and watch the sunset from the open patio/ balcony. Drink your wine and enjoy the serene atmosphere, listening to the waves.
On level is 1 bedroom with two single beds or could be made to be a king- with an extra two trundle beds, laundry, bathroom.

The backyard is fully fenced providing safety so the kids can play and you can relax and watch them from the verandah.
Access to the beach from the back fence is 100metres. Backing on Tomaree National Park.
Walk to the well known Crest cafe is a mere 5 minutes walk. You can enjoy great coffee and great culinary options from them.
People from all over NSW come here to visit the sand dunes for camel riding, playing on the sand dunes, photo shoots etc.
Surfers all year round populate the beach as well as families, locals, dogs (dog park), and tourists.
Frontside has a double width driveway, and off street parking for up to 4 vehicles.
Internal stairs between the 2 levels is not suitable for people with mobility impairment.
Guests with small children should be mindful of this also.
Ceiling fans are all through the property as well as floor fans, heaters and two split system air conditioners.
