Situated in Valla Beach which is 4.5 hrs from the start of the M1 in Sydney and halfway to Brisbane. 30 mins from Coffs Harbour.
Enjoy the beach / creek which is a short 5 min work from the home. Spot whales from front deck and listen to amazing chorus of birds in the reserve across home, enjoy mountain views from back deck.
Tropical Climate. 5 mins / 200m walk to the beach / creek. Immerse yourself in ocean, nature reserve and mountain views from its elevated position. Enjoy the surf and all beach spoils, a stones throw away or sit back and relax in the comfort of this beach home
Front deck has water view on East and bush views on North. On West are mountain views. Back deck has spectacular mountain views at sunset. Listen to the sound of birds and the ocean. Spot kangaroos and other wild life that often come out of reserve. Home is a good base to explore the mid-north and Coffs Coasts.
There are two large decks for entertaining, a modern kitchen. The main living space is large. There is a second living space ideal for children. The main bedroom has a double bed, sofa bed and an ensuite. There is a second bedroom with a double bed. The two smaller bedrooms have 2 king single beds each. The laundry, an additional toilet and an outdoor shower (handy for use when back from a trip to the beach) are downstairs.
Pillow cases, sheets, quilts and towels will be supplied. Beds will be made up on arrival for the duration of your stay. Foxtel and NBN Internet provided for your convenience.
Please bring Porta Cot along for infants / toddlers.
Note: There are two dwellings, independent of each other on the property. Each dwelling has separate entrances and are private. Only driveway is shared. This advertisement is for main house - upstairs.
Note: This is a family beach home. It is set up for quiet beach side holidays with families and friends. We have a strict "No Party Policy". No loud noise, music or dancing. Noise must be kept to reasonable levels during day and no noise after 10 PM.
