Situated on Beach Road this lovely holiday house has 3 bedrooms, a renovated kitchen, external laundry with an extra shower and toilet all positioned on a flat level block of land close to everything that Batemans Bay has to offer.
For those rainy days we have a TV, Telstra 5G Internet WiFi, NETFLIX and some board games/cards.
Golf anyone?
The Catalina golf club is a flat 200 meters walk and your ready to tee off on there 27-hole championship golf course.
The clubhouse, golf course, and restaurant are open 7 days a week.
Fishing anyone?
The Hanging Rock boat ramp is only 1 kilometre away where you can launch your boat with absolute ease!
Exotic Animals anyone?
Mogo Wildlife Park is a privately owned zoo that supports an amazing collection of endangered and exotic animal species just 10 mins south of the popular coastal town of Batemans Bay.
A mere 450 metre flat walk towards town and you will find the Marina and JJ’s @ the Marina where you can grab a meal/drink with an awesome view over the Clyde river.
A 1.5 kilometre walk/cycle will get you to Batemans Bay CBD where there is plenty of shops, another club, restaurants, cafes, pubs, cinema and awesome fish and chips!
There are a number of stunning beaches all within a short drive such as Surf Beach, Malua Bay, Broulee and only 1 kilometre to Corrigans Beach which has a “Dog Off Leash” area.

Your dog is very welcome and the yard is fully fenced but the front side fences are low and therefore the house is more suited to smaller dogs or non jumping dogs.
The conditions around pets are,
Pet waste is to be picked up and properly disposed of by the owner before departing the property.
Dogs are permitted inside the house, however they must not be allowed on furniture or bedding.
Also please be aware that normal bond conditions apply to damage to gardens, lawns, screen doors, furniture and other property caused by pets.
PLEASE NOTE: - House is currently "FOR SALE" but there will be no disruptions to any bookings made over the Christmas period. No open homes and no private inspections. The only thing will be a "FOR SALE" sign out the front.
