As you enter the home you’ll find yourself within the light-filled open-plan living and dining area. There’s plush sofa seating where guests can relax with books or board games, and an equally bright dining room seating eight and comes with a wall-mounted TV. Through to the kitchen, there’s everything you’ll need to cook up a feast, including an oven, stove, microwave and dishwasher for easy clean-up. The kitchen leads to an internal laundry and out to the leafy backyard. Dine alfresco beneath the pergola, making use of the BBQ and the day’s fresh catch. The grassed yard offers plenty of space for kids to play.
Upstairs, gather in the spacious rumpus room capturing bay views. This is the main TV room where the family can catch up on their favourite show. There is one bedroom on this level with two king single beds. Back downstairs, you'll find the three other bedrooms—two with queen-sized beds and one with a double bed.
