Summary: Having paid a similar amount to a five star hotel we were very disappointed with the service we received. The room was never serviced over the six days we stayed and we had to ask for towels and toilet paper. It might be OK for a one night stay but not at the exorbitant prices for the Christmas period. We could have gone to Bali for less and will do next time
