The building also comes with bike storage included, although there is ample free and unlimited on-street parking in the surrounding area. Please note that there is no lift in the building, with stairs required to access the unit which is located on level 3, however the stairs are wide and spacious and should present no difficulty other than for people with mobility issues.

Coogee Wine Room also comes highly recommended While the options for outdoor activities are endless, highlights include the Coogee to Bondi walk and Gordon's Bay. Please note that Arden St is on a hill, while only approx 100m from the beach, some steps and potentially steep areas are required to be walked up to be able to access the building, which may not suit people with mobility issues.
