Literally just steps from the ocean and pet friendly Culburra Beach, our Villa features 2 storey, the ground floor host the living room with AC, the fully equipped kitchen with Nespresso coffee machine, dining table, laundry room with washing machine/dryer, service bathroom, outdoor area with barbecue, outside hot and cold shower, dining table and enclosed garden yard, with plenty of space for your pet! Off street parking for three cars and on street parking out the front.
Our second floor features our 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room with AC and our stunning view balcony with lounge area.

Our neighborhood is residential and very quiet.
You'll find you're in a perfect location at Ayada Villa with great fishing, swimming, surfing, playgrounds and skatepark for the kids, all within walking distance.
A walk up to the tip of Penguin Head can result in whale, dolphin and seal spotting, or you can walk down and around the lake where bird life abounds.
There is a boat ramp 5 minutes away by car, with access to both the Ocean and Shoalhaven River.
The beaches at Culburra are dog friendly and our yard is enclosed so no problems for pooch.
There are several surf spots in the surrounding, i personally surfed them all, so, dont hesitate to ask me!
Culburra's area offer a great selection of seafood restaurants, coffee shop and pubs, dont hesitate to ask me for recommendations.
During your stay, a person in charge of the Villa's management will be at your disposal for any problems / information.
Culburra Beach has several beaches, bays and inlets facing different aspects so that you can almost always find the perfect spot. It’s also under 15 minutes drive to the Northern end of Jervis Bay National Park where at Callala Beach you can enjoy the pristine white sands and abundant marine life with whale watching and pods of dolphins often passing by. The township of Culburra Beach has a Woolworths Supermarket and growing number of cafes and restaurants, all at couple minutes drive from our Villa.
Culburra Beach is just over a 2hr drive from Sutherland in Sydney. After turning off the Princes Highway in South Nowra, Culburra Beach is around 20 minutes drive. The river and beach are in close proximity - the sandy Crookhaven Inlet and the Culburra Surf Beach (Please refer location map). The Northern end of Jervis Bay at Callala Beach is also within easy access, around 10 minutes drive from Culburra and there are cinemas and a larger shopping Centre in Nowra, around 20 minutes drive.
