Dining will be appreciated both indoors and out, with multiple options for 10 guests adaptable to the changing seasons. The central upstairs living room flows onto the paved patio/bbq area, indulging in an oversized Sony smart TV, Sonos system, Rinnai heating and an abundance of sitting space. Established gardens and multiple outdoor nooks offer ample space for family and friends to enjoy, with the scent of summer and sea air every present throughout your time spent here. New split systems have been installed in the upstairs three bedrooms and the lounge.
