Positive: Location superb. Facilities poor.

Negative: Many maintenance issues. Dampness, lack of safe heating, access via side of house difficult, linen torn, couches uncomfortable, laundry / bathroom door jamming, dining table needs attention, light globes, no welcome pack (tea bags etc)

Summary: Beautiful setting but property neglected. Private management unresponsive.
