Only a short walk to Clareville beach on the Pittwater side with spectacular sunsets and a short drive to Clareville shops for coffee, an organic wholefoods store and a fantastic local Greek restaurant. Avalon village and beach also close by.
This unique studio has a private entrance and although located under the main house, you feel like you're in your own secluded oasis. The homeowners are artists so everything has been thoughtfully curated. Inquiries on all the artwork is welcomed!
The studio is light and bright and has a large living space with lounge and a kitchenette with breakfast bar. The dining room looks out into the trees and across the Pittwater and has a door leading out to the little balcony - perfect for those warmer nights. The queen bed has premium linen. There's also an updated bathroom with shower and free WiFi.
This property is best suited for mature adults.

There's a great wholefoods cafe and foodstore, bottle shop, milk bar and Greek restaurant a 10 min walk or 2 min drive.
You have direct access to Clareville beach on the Pittwater making it an easy walk. Clareville Beach has BBQs and enjoys spectacular sunsets over Ku Ring Gai National Park.
Avalon village and beach is only a 5 minute drive. The village has a number of restaurants, cafes, bars, supermarket and organic fruit and veg.

Best to bring a car. There is public transport available. You can find information online.
Parking is on-street only and is a little walk to the front door - you can drop your bags off then park your car if you like. Please note the driveway a little steep so will need sensible shoes.
There are a few steps so not ideal for those less able.
