There are 5 bedrooms (sleeps 15) and a fantastic outdoor undercover area that overlooks the beautiful solar heated pool. You can relax outside by the pool under the shade of the large umbrella or kick back in front of the outdoor plasma TV.
The house is ideal for groups of friends or families.
Inside there are 3 spacious living areas, one setup for kids with toys, Xbox console, board games & a huge collect of DVDs. There is ducted heating and evaporative cooling to keep you comfortable all year round. The house has 2 bathrooms (including ensuite) & 3 toilets to keep everybody happy.
The house is only 450m from the supermarket and shopping complex on Shell Rd. The beach is a 30 minute walk!
We have catered for families with young children, with safety gates available for the top and bottom of the stairs. Also supplied is a port-a-cot (3 in total), baby change table, high chair.
Fantastic Outdoor Facilities at Arlington Beach Home
As well as the 10m x 4m swimming pool the outdoor area also includes 2 large tables (seats up to 16) an outdoor kitchen (with oven & stove top), BBQ, 2 full-sized fridges and bluetooth speaker.
You can relax in front of the large outdoor TV and watch the kids play in the pool.
Behind the property is a large school oval which you can access outside of school hours. Access to a large sports oval, cricket pitch, basketball courts and a children's playground is via the rear lane 6 houses down.
The yard is fully enclosed and the pool is fenced for safety.
Arlington Beach Home is a non-smoking house.
Please note that Arlington Beach Home is strictly not a party house & we do not accept bookings from groups of young people.

Extra mattress is available in this room if you wish to use on the floor.
Lounge Room: Fold out double bed. (most suitable for single adult or children)
Bedding: All doonas, doona covers, pillows, mattress & pillow protectors and king bed sheets are provided.
Linen can be supplied at additional costs.
All beds - $150 (fitted sheet / flat sheet & pillow case all beds)
Towels - $50 (15 towels)
Tea towels, bath mats and hand towels are all provided.
