There are four bedrooms (two with queen beds and built in robes, one with two single beds and a built in robe, and one with a single bunk, and a queen bed).The master bedroom has an en suite.
There is a large open plan living area upstairs opening onto a balcony. The modern kitchen has a stainless steel oven, gas hot plates and dishwasher.
Reverse cycle air-conditioning will keep you comfortable.
There is a second spacious living area downstairs.
A rear covered entertaining area is located in the fenced rear yard. A table tennis table and a small pool table is set up ready to play.

The town is small, quiet and friendly and has a a general store with fish and chips, and a tavern which serves great food and cold beer.
Cape Paterson is approximately 150km from Melbourne. It is 8km from Wonthaggi and 13 km from Inverloch.
There are six beautiful beaches at Cape Paterson so take your pick. The Bay Beach and Surf Beach are patrolled by lifesavers during summer. At the Bay Beach there is a specially made rock pool perfect for swimming and children.
There are walking and bike trails along the coastline.
There is excellent surf and rock fishing. The Bunurong Coastal Drive between Cape Paterson and Inverloch is breathtaking, with the spectacular Eagles Nest.
Enjoy shopping in Wonthaggi or a visit to the State Coal Mine. Bring your bike or have a run on the rail trail from Wonthaggi to Kilcunda.
Inverloch showcases great cafes, restaurants, beaches and specialty shops.
