Guest Access:
Guests are most welcome to enjoy the property. One front office will be locked up for personal storage. Please note there is a studio under the house, with its own private entrance, which may be used by an owners family member during your stay and the garden is shared with them.
For security purposes, check-in details will be emailed to confirmed guests 2 days before arrival for an easy smooth fast check-in. Kindly make sure you have submitted the security form with all the valid ID's of all adult guests staying so that you receive a seamless check-in experience :)

A few minutes flat walk from the house, is the iconic Bondi Icebergs ocean pool and club and the start of The Bondi to Coogee Coastal Walk, a must-do for stunning ocean views, and to discover neighbouring Sydney beaches.
This beachside neighbourhood has something for everyone – from yoga studios, beauty and wellness spaces to stylish boutiques and galleries showcasing local art. Dining options are endless, from beachside classics, hole in the wall cafes, to high-end restaurants with menus crafted by some of Australia’s top chefs. Explore Bondi’s lively weekend markets or treat yourself to a rooftop drink as the sun sets over the waves.Bondi Junction’s shopping and transport hub is also close by, as are the ferries at Rose Bay, connecting you effortlessly to the whole of Sydney.

All guest are required to complete an online insurance / security form. This step involves uploading an ID and a selfie holding the ID to verify the booking details. For the home owners security, only guests who are listed on the security form are allowed access to the property.
Australia is a tropical country, from time to time you may see bugs, spiders and insects, mostly harmless. We don't accept cancellations on the above but are at your disposal should you need any assistance. We regularly fumigate the property to prevent unwanted pests.
There is also a building boom going on throughout Sydney we don't refund for construction noise if anything is going on in the neighbourhood however if there is works being done next door or in the same building we will have a note in our summary.
There is a non refundable 4.5% charge when you pay with a credit/debit card. All guests are required to complete an online insurance / security form before checking in. This step involves uploading an ID and a selfie to verify the booking details. Service fee is non refundable when booking is cancelled. Lost keys or keys not returned to the lockbox is a call out fee of $350. And $1000 for smoking.
This is a family home - we have gone on holidays and made the house available for guests to enjoy Bondi. The house isn’t brand new.
Please note: Vaping within the unit is strictly prohibited. Please be aware that fire detectors will be triggered by the use of vapes. Any associated call-out fees for fire alarm activation will be billed to you.
