Boasting both location and looks, ADS is a fully renovated, split level, pet-friendly home. Just a short walk to our famous beaches and the main street of Merimbula, you will want to make our house your next yearly holiday destination. Be in awe as soon as you arrive with the freshly landscaped front yard and the great architectural structure of the house! Enter the house on the ground level to a second living area, styled with a large comfy couch and second flat screen TV.
There is a king sized bedroom with plenty of built in robes, a twin bedroom with 2x king single beds and a large main bathroom, with a stunning free standing bath tub, double basin vanity and walk in shower.
Ascend up the timber lined staircase to the main open planned living/kitchen and dining area.
Relax and enjoy a glass of wine on the front balcony overlooking the Merimbula lake, or snuggle in with a good book infront of the large built in fire place throughout the winter months.
Our home boast reverse cycle airconditioning.
There is a master King Bedroom with ensuite and a fourth bedroom with a queen bed on this level, once again both with large built in robes.
There is a third bathroom on the top level that includes a walk in shower, toilet, washing machine and dryer. With so much room to move in the kitchen you can enjoy the views from the front of the house, and keep an eye on the little ones, both 2 legged and 4 legged playing in the fully fenced backyard.
