Safety: This property is close to the water.
Renovations: From May 2023 onwards there will be some works commencing in the driveway and the garage will not be available for parking. While there will be off - street parking, some area at the front will be sectioned off and workmen will occasionally be present during the day.
Noise Policy: We always follow strict noise regulations and ask you to be respectful and considerate. Any breach of the noise regulations may result in eviction with-out a refund of the remaining funds or deposit.
Age Limit: We do not accept reservations for groups of travellers under the age of 23 years unless a specific exception has been approved. The home is perfect for mature travellers and families.
Supplies: A complimentary welcome pack will be provided that includes several single-use items to get you started including tea, coffee, sugar, milk, soap, laundry, and dishwashing supplies. For extended stays, we ask you to remember to bring extra provisions.
