A large gated driveway to park your boat with enclosed wall and gate entrance to front. A spacious kitchen with 2 x fridges, a main living area with smart TV and DVD, lounge, dining and a large split A/C. There is also a separate front lounge room with second TV / DVD. This property Sleeps 7, with 2 x Queens, 1 x Single and 1 x Single bunk. Bunk Beds are not made for Adults. All bedrooms have a split A/C. The backyard has a lovely undercover patio entertaining area with table, dartboard, Gas BBQ, grassed area and outdoor shower.

What to Bring: All properties are furnished; however please note that these houses/villas/units are NOT serviced. You will need to supply any items that are used on a daily basis such as food, rubbish bags, dishwashing liquid, soap, shampoo, toilet paper and any other toiletries and cleaning products.
