The Seychelles is situated on the northern edge of Jervis Bay's Peninsula. Nestled beside the creek, the beach and the sleepy coastal village of Currarong, the Seychelles is a stone throw away from Warrian Beach, Currarong Creek, the general store, bowling club and the well-known Zac’s Fish and Chips. It is on the shop side of the lagoon. Also there are the tidal pools, walking tracks, tennis courts, skate park... Boat ramp.
It is a little piece of heaven - a cosy modest place to recovery, rest and renew.
Currarong is popular for swimming and surfing, fishing and prawning. Surrounded by 14 beaches with stunning white sands, it’s a true seaside paradise and the ideal spot to get away from it all.
The Seychelles is a very modest but homely place to come if you are escaping for a while or catching up with the ones you love. Catering for blended families and two families on a budget - It is a humble quirky space that sleeps many and has a great vibe.
It has basic kitchen, bathroom and bbq area. This is not a space for those more precious guests who seek the best of the best and can’t cope without all the bells and whistles. There are plenty of other more lavish places out there that meet those requirements
You have lovey linen, crockery and cutlery. The lounge and beds are super comfy! Location is a dream!! Definitely treated in other ways. The space is ideal for those wanting to be together - to engage with each other - to embrace the outdoors. TV and inside living isn’t the lifestyle it promotes or caters for. There is a small tv is placed with a two seater lounge. There are plenty of children’s board games to be respectfully played with and other toys.
The layout is split. Bunk bed room upstairs and 2 master bedrooms and a shared bedroom with 2 single beds downstairs - so ideal for families with young children or teenagers who may benefit from having their parents sleeping in the room next door.
This makes 2 queen bedrooms and one bedroom with 2 single beds downstairs and the bunk bed upstairs = 4 bedrooms and sleeping capacity of 10.
Open staircase and bathroom downstairs also make it more appropriate for families with children 5-16yrs or adult group bookings.

Unallocated bedrooms will be locked.
There is a $50 fine for each 15min interval beyond check out time. This is to allow for back to back bookings.
$100 fine if additional house rules are not followed.
Rules:
Bedrooms - Strip top and bottom sheet, pillow cases and doona covers and bring down to bathroom of ONLY the beds used.
Mattress protectors remain on mattresses for host removal. Doonas and blankets remain in bedrooms.
** Only used towels need to be placed in downstairs in washing machine. ** Start washing machine on quick wash cycle and 30 degree water for only COLOURED towels, Not WHITE bath mat and hand towels.
Additional cleaning fees apply for excess beds used... I.e., confirm which beds are to be occupied prior to check in and only occupy these beds.
** All windows and doors need to be locked. Make sure all lights, fans and appliances are off. Close curtains so furniture isn’t sun bleached.
Kitchen - All things used in the kitchen need to be washed and put back into their original spots.
Fridge needs to be emptied of any food you have supplied. Kitchen bin needs to be emptied and placed in the outside bins.
Monday night is garbage night so please wheel the big bins out for collection on Sunday.
Pets - please remove all droppings. No pets in living spaces and bedrooms.... only enclosed concrete and deck area.
Key needs to be needs to be returned to the lockbox and locked..
Text an estimated time of departure the night before.
Text again as you exit on the day of check out.
