Hidden at the end of a picturesque coastal cul-de-sac, this delightful holiday home is set on a large block with a pathway through the natural bush to beautiful Honeysuckle beach with rock pools to explore.
The sound of the sea and the chorus of abundant birdlife, with the treed outlook from every room in the house, this holiday home is the prefect retreat for a week or weekend, especially as it is an Analogue house - show the kids what it was like to grow up without Internet - swimming, snorkelling, surfing, board games, card games, cricket - the list is endless.
Open and inviting, as the natural light shines through the generous windows and the warmth of the timber features will make you feel like you are staying at "granny's house" and just waiting for the big bad wolf to arrive. The living room is split into two - one for the adults and one for the kids or use it as a reading nook. Kitchen is equipped with electric cooking, coffee machine, microwave and overlooks the meals area and outdoor deck with BBQ and umbrella. Split system to keep you cool in summer and warmer in winter. Three bedrooms all with Nobo heating, combined shower room with laundry and separate toilet x 2. Plenty of parking for the boat, partially fenced and the sound of waves crashing completes this cedar holiday home.
Wineries are abundant on the Mornington Peninsula and a short drive up into the hills will get you to some of the finest restaurants and wineries on offer. Travel south down the Peninsula to Mini golf, tenpin bowling and other amusements to keep the kids occupied. Situated on the beautiful Mornington Peninsula, with everything at your doorstep - wineries, beaches, spas, tourist attractions.
