Sunset Strip is a very central location, with a 10 minute drive to Cowes or the Penguin Parade, a 3 km drive to Smiths Beach and the Phillip Island Grand Prix Circuit, a 2 minute drive to A-Maze-N-Things kids adventure park and the Koala Park and approximately a 10 minute drive back across the bridge to San Remo.
This newly constructed modern home offers a fresh and open atmosphere and is tastefully furnished with everything you require for a great holiday.
The main living area has leather sofas, a flat screen tv and dvd player, an I pod doc station with radio and cd player, heating/cooling split system and ceiling fans. There is a central dining table with seating for 8 and 4 stools at the breakfast bar. Leading off the lounge area is a large covered deck equipped with a gas bbq and outdoor setting.
The kitchen is modern and well equipped with stainless steel electric oven, gas cooktop, microwave and dishwasher, with a large pantry and fridge and plenty of crockery to assist with your dining and entertainment needs.
There are 4 bedrooms, 2 with queen beds and 2 with 2 set of bunks in each. There is an ensuite to the main front bedroom and a family bathroom. A fully equipped laundry is also a feature.
The property is fenced with a double carport that has internal access.
