The bathroom upstairs is luxurious with twin head shower. The master bedroom has direct access to the upstairs balcony. The property has a rear private enclosed yard and is well fitted with sunning chairs and ample outdoor furniture.
A fabulous family home, lovingly decorated and finished. Open the front door and escape onto the beach, watch the kids learn to surf with the local company or take to the waves for an afternoon of family fun.
The centre of Port Fairy can be reached in a few minute by car or take a walk over the bridge and enjoy the Moyne River which provides stunning sunset photo opportunities. Enjoy coffee at one of the many cafes, or a yummy Timboon ice cream from Pelican's perfect for warm sunny days and an evening in one of Port Fairy's many restaurants or simply bring your favourite coffee beans and use it in the coffee machine!
