Just come and indulge yourself in this expansive, grand house on 11 acres of land, surrounded by breath taking gardens and views across the property to the distant hills.

The space
The house consists of formal dining and expansive family living areas, heavenly large stainless-steel kitchen, all blend effortlessly to the terrace, courtyard, full sized tennis court, standard outdoor pool and stand alone pool house which have been designed to maximise relaxing and entertaining.
Main bedroom features two walk in robes and huge en-suite, whilst two other bedrooms have en-suites, and the two further bedrooms share the main bathroom. The last bedroom offers a bunk bed which is most suitable for family with kids.
For a relaxing time, there are plenty of lounge area at both inside and outside of the house, smart TVs provided. A huge lounge features billiards is located on the right hand side of the entrance.

During this special period we aim to make sure your safety. We have done thorough cleaning and sanitizing to make sure we are Covid free.
Winter in ACT region is relatively cold (May - Aug), we do not recommend using the outdoor pool during this time.
We have a NO PARTY rule here. We do NOT allow any stereo systems to be brought onto the property - that brings too much noise. Please consider our neighbours.
