The area is surrounded by parks and playgrounds and at the end of the street is the main shopping village where you will find Coles and a fabulous cafe/ restaurant culture. Its all within walking distance.
This beautiful 1920s Gentleman's Bungalow is so typical to Adelaide architecture. Its full of character inc. high ceilings, lead lighting, tiled fire place( not functional ). This is a maisonette (two houses under one main roof). The main bedroom has a queen and a double bed. The second bedroom has a double with a single bunk over it and a standard single bunk sleeping up to 9 people.

It has an undercover entertaining area with BBQ facilities overlooking the Avenue. Parking is off-street directly in front of the accommodation. If your bringing the kids there is a magnificent newly built playground behind the tennis courts on the avenue and an oval for the kids and your doggies to run or kick a ball.
