VILLAS FOR RENT AT NOOSA SPRINGS

There are 2 categories of villas that are for rent, ranging from 2 to 12 months.

1. Golf course frontage, ranging from AUD$900 – AUD$1500 per week.
   These villas are either right on the golf course, golf-lake frontage, or other views, and usually have full dual membership* (a few have only one membership) and golf buggy included in the rent. Some have their own pool.
2. Garden villas are not on the golf course.
   Some are freestanding, some are duplexes – or dual villas. Some have full dual membership, some have a dual limited membership (where you pay only AUD$35 pp per round of 18 holes) and some are for the non-golfers without membership.

All villas are equipped with at least a 4 burner cooktop, microwave oven, oven, dishwasher and washing machine. Most have clothes dryers as well. Cable TV is standard in Noosa Springs.
