The main bedroom with King bed, walk in wardrobe and bathroom ensuite (separate 2-way toilet doubles as guest powder room) is downstairs. The 2 guest bedrooms are upstairs, 1 with a Queen bed, the other with 2 singles, and share a full bathroom and separate toilet.

The kitchen is very well equipped. A good size LCD TV in the lounge room, and a smaller one in the master bedroom completes the picture. The residence has reverse cycle air-conditioning units in living/dining areas, master bedroom and main guestroom. Ceiling fans throughout.



The living areas are tastefully furnished with 2 comfortable couches, dining table with 8 chairs and 2 carvers.
The outside terraces features a sun lounge, 2 outdoor tables with 4 chairs each, and 2 Weber bbq’s, one coal, 1 gas. The laundry contains washing machine, clothes dryer, ironing board and iron.


The rent includes full dual membership (no green fees) for the duration of the tenancy (minimum 2 months). It also includes all bed linen, towels, gas and electricity, and the use of the electrical golf cart.
Rent for the minimum 2 months is AU$5,500 per month, 3 months $5,300 per month. At this stage there is a car (Mitsubishi Magna)that can be used without extra charge.
Any additonal month will be $5000 per month, or $1150 per week if not a full month.


Security bond

A security bond (equivalent to 1/2 a month’s rent) will have to be paid upon arrival. This amount will be held in Trust by the RTA (Residential Tenancies Authority)and will be refunded at the end of the tenancy, after inspection of the property.

Availability for 2018-19

The villa is fully booked in 2018; available June-July-August-September 2019 – for all 3 months, or any 2 (minimum) within this period.

  • 50% refundable up to 2 months before start of tenancy
  • non-refundable when cancelled less than 2 months before tenancy starts, unless a suitable replacement tenant for the same period eventuates
