Stunning three bedroom apartment flowing over 3 spacious levels with glorious ocean views from all bedrooms and the living area. The apartment is located on Belmore Terrace and an easy walk to eclectic Sunshine Village where you will find a host of amenities including the newly renovated Surf Club, gourmet corner store, funky bars and cool restaurants. The complex is a two minute walk to the patrolled (all year round) pristine beach and a five minute drive to world famous Hastings St and main beach.
The entry level of the property leads into the spacious open plan kitchen, dining and living area with 65 inch TV (with full Foxtel), sublime blue ocean views and cooling breezes. The kitchen has all mod cons including Nespresso compatible coffee machine. Enjoy afternoon BBQ's on the balcony with a cocktail or two in hand. There is also a powder room on this level.
The top level of the property comprises solely of the luxury master retreat. Wake up to the sound of the birds and watch the waves crashing onto the beach. There is a large ensuite bathroom off the bedroom along with a walk in wardrobe.
The lower level of the property comprises of two further bedrooms, the main bathroom with bath and the laundry room. The two bedrooms have A/C and blue ocean views.
